Last month I read about the proposed Rutene Road cycleway that would involve closing vehicular access to and from Rutene Road from Hinaki Street, Craig Road and Wildish Street. As a Hinaki Street home owner, a month later I still wait for the promised consultation to occur with the many residents in the general area who may be affected by the proposed road closures.
